Minor Flood Warning For The Clarence River

MINOR FLOODING EASING AT GRAFTON
A minor flood peak was observed along the Clarence River at Grafton (Prince St) Friday morning and river levels are slowly falling with minor flooding. At Ulmarra river levels peaked just below the minor flood level Friday morning.

Clarence River:
Minor flooding is occurring along the Clarence River at Grafton.

The Clarence River at Grafton (Prince St) peaked at 2.74 metres around 09:48 am Friday, with minor flooding. The river level is currently at 2.64 metres and falling, above the minor flood level (2.10 m).
The Clarence River at Grafton (Prince St) may remain above the minor flood level for the remainder of Friday into Saturday.

The Clarence River at Ulmarra peaked at 2.03 metres around 08:42 am Friday, just below the minor flood level (2.10 m) and is currently at 1.97 metres and falling.
The Clarence River at Ulmarra is expected to remain below the minor flood level.

Minor To Moderate Flood Warning For The Namoi River

MODERATE FLOODING CONTINUING AT BUGILBONE
MINOR FLOODING OCCURRING AT WEE WAA AND GOANGRA
The main flood peak along the Namoi River has passed Wee Waa where the river level fell below the moderate flood level Friday morning with minor flooding occurring.
Moderate flooding is occurring at Bugilbone where renewed rises are likely.
An earlier flood peak along the lower Namoi River is currently approaching Goangra where minor flooding is occurring.

Namoi River:
Moderate flooding is occurring Bugilbone. Minor flooding is occurring at Wee Waa and Goangra.
The Namoi River at Wee Waa (Glencoe) peaked near 6.60 metres around 06:15 pm Thursday with moderate flooding and is currently at 6.34 metres and falling, below the moderate flood level (6.40 m).
The Namoi River at Wee Waa (Glencoe) may fall below the minor flood level (5.30 m) during Sunday.

The Namoi River at Bugilbone is currently at 6.00 metres and steady, above the moderate flood level (5.50 m).
The Namoi River at Bugilbone may reach around 6.30 metres overnight Saturday into Sunday, with moderate flooding.

The Namoi River at Goangra is currently at 5.60 metres and rising, with minor flooding.
The Namoi River at Goangra may reach around 6.40 metres during Sunday with minor flooding. Further rises are possible.

MINOR FLOODING OCCURRING AT YARRAMAN
The Gwydir River at Gravesend peaked above the minor flood level Thursday morning and fell below the minor flood level Thursday afternoon. This flood peak has passed Yarraman bridge Friday morning where minor flooding is occurring.

Gwydir River downstream of Copeton Dam:
Minor flooding is occurring along the Gwydir River at Yarraman.
The Gwydir River at Gravesend Road Bridge peaked near 6.34 metres around 10:15 am Thursday and is currently at 4.30 metres and falling, below the minor flood level (6.10 m).
The Gwydir River at Gravesend Road Bridge is expected to remain below the minor flood level.

The Gwydir River at Yarraman Bridge peaked at 4.91 metres around 07:30 am Friday and is currently at 4.84 metres and falling with minor flooding.
The Gwydir River at Yarraman Bridge may fall below the minor flood level (4.00 m) Friday afternoon.
