Minor Flood Warning For The Isaac River

MINOR FLOODING CONTINUING AT YATTON
River levels along the Isaac River at Yatton fell below the moderate flood level early Thursday morning. Minor flooding from recent rainfall is continuing along the Isaac River. River levels along the Connors River at Pink Lagoon are below the minor flood level.
The flood waters have moved into the Mackenzie and Fitzroy Rivers, where minor flooding is occurring at Riverslea. Flooding is not expected at forecast locations in the lower Fitzroy River.
No significant rainfall has been observed in the Fitzroy River catchment for the last few days.
No significant rainfall is forecast for the next few days in the Connors and Isaac River catchments.

Connors and Isaac Rivers:
Minor flooding is occurring along the Isaac River. Flooding is no longer occurring on the Connors River.
The Isaac River at Yatton is currently at 8.97 metres and falling, with minor flooding.
The Isaac River at Yatton is likely to remain above the minor flood level (7.50 m) overnight Thursday into Friday.
