For the south coast and southern ranges maximum temperatures in the high twenties to low thirties, and overnight minimum temperatures in the low to mid teens. For the Riverina and south west maximum temperatures in the high thirties to low forties, and overnight minimum temperatures in the low to mid twenties.

Severe heatwave conditions increasing for southern parts of NSW this weekend and into early next week, gradually easing later in the week.
