Final Flood Warning for the Burnett River

Flood Warning Number: 2
River levels are easing at Gayndah following a minor flood peak on Sunday
No significant rainfall was recorded in the 24 hours to 9:00 am Monday. Showers
and storms are forecast on Monday, with further showers on Tuesday.
Minor flood levels are easing on the lower Auburn River at Dykehead.
Stuart and Boyne Rivers:
River levels are easing on the Boyne River at Derra.
Burnett River downstream of Mundubbera to Paradise Dam:
No further flooding is expected in the Burnett River downstream of Mundubbera
to Paradise Dam.
No observations are currently available for the manual gauge at Gayndah. Based
on the water level at Gayndah Flume nearby, a minor flood peak is expected to
have occurred on Sunday evening at Gayndah. River levels are now expected to
have fallen below the minor flood level (5.00 metres) and will continue to ease
